Four people were sent to the hospital after a wrong-way crash on Western Blvd Wednesday morning.
According to Raleigh Police Department, at around 5:30 a.m., a wrong-way driver coming from Ashe Avenue near Pullen Park hit another vehicle head on.

Two people from each car, a total of four, were sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said impairment is not a factor in this crash. This incident remains under investigation.
While it is not confirmed that weather is a factor in this crash, heavy rain did make its way through the RDU area, causing several power outages, downed trees and other crashes.
WRAL News is working to confirm if anyone will be charged in this crash.
