A new restaurant is moving into the former home of Bruegger's at North Hills.
Rosewater, which is described as a restaurant "inspired by North Carolina ingredients and Mediterranean flavors," will be opening in the Park District at 110 Park at North Hills St. next year, Kane Realty Corporation announced Wednesday.

In addition to being a full-service restaurant, Rosewater will also offer grab-and-go selections for breakfast and lunch. Brunch will be served on the weekends.
The restaurant is the latest venture for the Giorgios Group, which owns Vin Rouge, Local 22 and Parizade in Durham, Bin54, Village Burgers, Kipos and City Kitchen in Chapel Hill and Farm Table and Gatehouse Tavern in Wake Forest. Giorgios is owned by restaurateur Giorgios Nikolas Bakatsias, who learned to cook while growing up in Karitsa, Greece.
